A secondary goal is to point out the significance of Nevome for Uto-Aztecan studies and for historical linguistics.The study first outlines the essential features of the morphosyntax of the Nevome language. Since this language is extinct, knowledge of it must be gleaned from the documentary sources listed below. Consequently, native speaker judgments are not possible.
