Description
Readers learn about the importance of resistance training, which increases strength and endurance while working on your muscles and making them larger. After studying the three main methods of resistance training, which are free weights, resistance machines, and individual body weight, readers are taught how to pick the best practice for their individual needs and goals and are given sample exercises.
