Designed for the reader to gain hands-on experience in the subject of wavelets. This package contains simple signal processing applications, one-dimensional and two-dimensional Discrete Wavelet Transforms (DWTs) and their inverse transforms, and computations of the Continuous Wavelet Transform (CWT) and the Short Time Fourier Transform (STFT). A manual is included to provide the basics of wavelet theory, showing how they can apply to engineering problems. It also contains several algorithms which can be applied during software practice sessions. This package also includes custom computation routines in C-language.
