This book is fantastic! I am a new project manager and unable to take instructor-led classes to broaden my skills. I think this book has to be as good or better than any class. It's detailed, yet very practical in approach. In particular, I found the section outlining many common project issues, their causes and then potential resolutions very helpful to me. I highly recommend this book to anyone wanting a good base with which to build a solid leadership strategy in managing projects.
