This is not a book about Vladimir Putin but it is a book about the groundwork in which he functioned before he got involved in big time politics. The governmental seeds that were sown in Russia when Dr. Tesler was getting out of the Soviet Union may well be finding growth in Mr. Putin’s timberland in which he seemingly enjoys the hunt.
