Description

This books has changed my outlook on how we need to address issues of globalization. Ackerly does a great job using what's best from both Nussbaum's capabilities approach and Walzer's communitarianism. Ackerly's account of social criticism emerges from a real world organization (i.e., SEWA). I recommend anyone interested in global ethics, discourse ethics to read this book or Feminist Theory read this book!
