This is the third in an ongoing series of contacts with Eduard "Billy" Meier in Switzerland, going on since February 1975. As was his custom, he kept a regular record of his contacts and dialogue with those extraterrestrial human beings who told him they come from a star group we call The Pleiades. He was told that those entities recorded all of his meetings with them on very sophisticated devices aboard their ships that could reproduce and retransmit the entire meeting in dialogue as well as mental input and unasked questions. "Billy" maintained a record of all these contacts and the nature of the dialogues on many different subjects with them. These notes published here are mostly dialogue with those extraterrestrials, and those dialogues follow in sequence from where we left off in volume 2 of these Contact Notes. This is a remarkable record of such contacts unequaled before this time. For over a decade the most thorough investigation in the history of the UFO phenomenon has been centered around a Swiss farmer, his claims of extraterrestrial contacts and the physical documentation that supports his statements. Extensive research has been unable to detect any form of trickery or manipulation of the hard evidence supplied by the extraterrestrial visitors . . . Proving or disproving is no longer an issue; it is now time to move into a previously untouched arena . . . What can be learned from these amazing experiences? Certainly the possibility of an alien culture visiting Earth would allow for differing, sometimes opposing, perspectives of values and ideals we incorporated into our social structure. This is not indicative that either point of view is true or false hut, instead, presents information which helps us understand the beliefs, culture and history of a distant neighbor. After all, the strength of one's knowledge depends on the desire to discover. Eduard 'Billy' Meier was born February 3, 1937 in Bulach Switzerland. His first sighting of an extraterrestrial vehicle occurred at the age of five and developed first into telepathic communication and later into physical, face-to-face contacts. Eduard 'Billy' Meier is one of those unique individuals who, through his experiences has had the convictions of a strong, courageous belief. He has devoted his life to uplifting his consciousness and the consciousness of those who choose to seek. He is a gentle man who has often faced adverse reactions to his claims of extraterrestrial contact and the implications that bear on many earthly concepts of structural society. Today he owns a self-supporting farm in rural Switzerland and is surrounded by his family and close friends. These notes were never intended for public release, and they have much information of a very personal nature to certain of the individuals involved. Also they are very voluminous and could not possibly be squeezed into one book. Thus we have purged out parts of a personal nature, dialogue of lesser interest, and conversation not of general concern to all.
