We live in a world where God and the Bible do not make much sense, at least beyond the religious circles. Even in the places in which they make sense, they are suppressed and silenced to satisfy the traditionalist and conservative views. Popular Christianity is much concerned about 'how to get into heaven' and least concerned about the vision of God that the Bible offers. Bible presents a vision of God because of which the world can become a better place with all the brokenness healed. This cannot be realized as long as the Bible is silenced with the Church's own definitions of religion and spirituality. This book, Unmuting the Bible, calls the readers to listen to what the Bible has to say for the readers and society.
