Lives are simply a series of memories, and stories, plus recollections prompted by photographic images, music and places and the interpretations placed on each. She never knew her parents, she knew very much about her family or her life or the lives that had gone before … but she wanted to. This is her journey, well sort of … it is mostly about her, well some of it is. It is about the people and places around her, the people she knows, the people she does not yet know, the people she will never know ... and the who she is supposed to have been. It’s about skeletons in closets, hidden secrets and hints of revenge. Most of it is based in truth, well some of it … but then again, maybe none of it is. In reality we cannot change anything, we cannot undo wrongs or make the bad things go away … but what we can do is rewrite the story to help give it meaning.
