A breezy and entertaining read. The examples are inspiring, and the author makes some good suggestions as to how we can better fit as members of a team. That said, I would also describe the book as shallow; most of the vignettes and observations are surface-level, "feel good" anecdotes and suggestions. Meaningful change is complex, deep, and often dirty. I wouldn't consider the book to be life-changing, but it's interesting nonetheless.
