Description

This is a 2020 republishing of the zine Survival Without Rent. We have decided to republish this zine not only because it is a wonderful docu- ment of the “hay-day of NYC squatting”, but also because it has been absolutely invaluable in our experience squatting in New York. This book was originally published in 1986. It was revised and expand- ed in 1989 and now in 2020. This book is intended to help people take back the homes that have been taken away from them by government and business. This guide is dedicated to Eleanor Bumpurs, to the East Fifth Street Squat, to Sissy Squat aka Asbestos-It-Gets (2015-2018), and to all who lived there.

Made English from that edition of these Historians, which Valesius published at Paris in the Years 1659, 1668, and 1673. Also, the Life of Constantine in four books, written by Eusebius Pamphilus; with Constantine's Oration to the Convention of the Saints, and Eusebius's Speech in Praise of Constantine, spoken at his Tricennalia. Valesius's Annotations on these Authors are done into English, and set at their proper Places in the Margin; as likewise a Translation of His Account of their Lives and Writings.
