Description

Kazakh cuisine is the cuisine of the nomadic people. The endless steppes, herds of sheep, horses, or wild animals, fish rivers - for centuries have been the main sources of food for Kazakhs.Kazakh national cuisine has evolved over the centuries in accordance with the lifestyle of Kazakhs. Dishes of Kazakh cuisine are not suitable for a vegetarian. Mutton, beef and horse meat in them the main ingredient. Kazakhs even use camel meat. Recipes of Kazakh cuisine contain few vegetables, mainly onions and various herbs. Noodles are prepared from dough for beshbarmak and lagman, Kazakh manti, meat filling of course. Of the drinks, tea and, of course, koumiss, sour-milk products are generally widely used by Kazakh cuisine. Recipes of modern Kazakh cuisine have been influenced by neighboring peoples, especially Central Asian. In the course of the barbecue, samsa, various desserts and sweets.
