It is especially designed to broaden students' knowledge of English language skills and components with the focus of their speaking skill. This book is made up of ten units, each of which consists of seven sections, namely useful expressions, listening, speaking, reading, vocabulary building, grammar and writing. The materials in this book provide lecturers with an opportunity to strike a balance between two classroom roles: lecturer-controlled and lecturer monitored. They also give the students an opportunity for autonomous learning (self-study).
