Description

Judicial review constitutes an important aspect of any legal system operating under the rule of law. This book aims at providing a comprehensive discussion of the various avenues for judicial review in EU law. It assesses the actions for annulment and failure to act before turning its attention to incidental forms of review under Articles 241 and 234, and covers the remedy of compensation for damages as well as interim relief proceedings.
