Most cities are not equipped for people in wheelchairs, with hearing or visual disabilities. The removal of architectural barriers is becoming more and more frequent, but it benefits, in particular, those with mobility problems. After conducting a test in the center of each city, the report revealed that citizens with visual and hearing disabilities face the most serious difficulties. The book literally transcribes and incorporates several interviews conducted with people linked to handicaps between 2009-2013.
