Realising nibbāna
Book information
Description
Some 2500 years ago the Buddha (re-)discovered that living without dukkha was possible. The literal meaning of dukkha, as used in a general sense is "suffering" or “painful". Dissatisfaction is the most often experienced aspect of dukkha. This little book demonstrates that it is possible today to realise nibbāna today i.e. to abandon all that causes us to experience dukkha and that yes it is very achievable by ordinary (non-monastic) people.
