When coaching or providing coach training, I frequently find myself thinking, "I wish a form, template, or tool for ..." Now that I've got this great resource from Jones & Gorell, I often have the tools I'm looking for at my fingertips. I found the coaching self-assessment, establishing contract rules, action plan, listening levels, questioning techniques, and challenging negative thought patterns especially useful (and I am only naming a few).
