My present purpose is to emphasize a single point, but one which is the most important and fundamental of all. Briefly stated, it is that, during the long period of scientific development before Sir Isaac Newton promulgated the universal law of gravitation, there had been generally recognized and accepted another and different universal natural law, which his supplanted. And that universal natural law was astrological.
