Rabbi Meir Kahane (1932-1990) was the most controversial Jewish leader in the 20th century. He formed the Jewish Defense League in the USA and the KACH movement in Israel. Rabbi Meir Kahane wrote "The Ideology of Kach" in 1990 (just before his assassination).
