About the Author Alfons Grabher is a certified FELDENKRAIS® Practitioner, Author, and YouTube creator. Born in 1974 in Vienna, Austria, Europe, he also is a graduate Engineer (University of Applied Sciences, Vienna), specialized in Biomedical Engineering. Prior to becoming a FELDENKRAIS® Practitioner, he has worked for over a decade as a Software Engineer and Consultant.
