"The book presents the detailed approach to a Manufacturing Cost Policy Deployment (MCPD) system transformation in production companies. The establishment of a MCPD System is presented to fully detail the practical implications of the main activities required in the initial phase of implementing the MCPD system. The activities necessary for a constant and consistent application of MCPD are then shown, especially the MCPD impact on remodeling and continuously improving the production systems.
