Intelligent Healthcare flow Mechanism based on Digital Transformation & Analytics

This work presents a healhcareflow mechanism; the intelligence of the mechanism is explored from the perspectives of knowledge management through case based reasoning, decision making using analytics, biomedical technology management, workflow control subject to time and resource constraints, verification of fairness, correctness and privacy of patient data, multi-mode payment function, cooperative communication protocol for collaborative information seeking, enterprise application integration and life-science supply chain coordination. The basic objective is to improve the quality of healthcare service at fair reasonable cost by integrating different enterprise applications through systematic coordination of material, information and financial flows. This work also suggests the information system schema required for the mechanism in terms of computational intelligence, communication, data and application schema. This work combines the concept of management information system and healthcare informatics.
