It covers important topics including single phase circuits, three phase circuits, theory of fundamental load compensation, instantaneous reactive power theory, theory of instantaneous symmetrical components, dynamic voltage restorer (DVR) and unified power quality conditioner. Pedagogical features including solved problems and unsolved exercises are interspersed throughout the text for better understanding.The textbook is primarily written for senior undergraduate and graduate students in the field of electrical engineering, electronics and communications engineering for courses on power quality/power system/power electronics.
