The adventure changed her relationship with nature profoundly. Eventually, she built a house out of mud, installed solar power, and lived mortgage free for five years. Then in 2016 things began to go wrong once more. In 2012 Atulya began documenting her experiences. The Mud Mountain Blog started out as a personal log, but over the years grew into something else.
