Description

An appeal to the Federal Railroad Administration, an executive agency under Donald Trump at the time, not to allow the private carrier CSX to run trains with their proposed automation system. As proposed, CSX can not automate a train as safely as a certified driver in all terrains, weather conditions, and consists; and their proposal to automate ninety-five per cent of a route would sap drivers of their skills.
