This book traces a four-month journey in which I trained for a 100 mile cycling event to help raise $37,454.13 for blood cancer research and patient assistance programs. This amount is equivalent to the average charge for a single chemotherapy injection delivered to our Little Man. He received 12 of these shots in two months.
