In this book, Carnegie Samuel Calian, who was baptized in the Eastern tradition and raised a Protestant, promotes greater dialogue and exchange among Christians of the East and West. He seeks to make Christians aware of the diversity of faith and offers suggestions and insight to this end. About the Author Carnegie Samuel Calian is the former President and Professor Emeritus of Theology at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is the author of several Westminster John Knox Press books, including The Ideal Seminary and Survival or Revival. He is currently Visiting Professor of Strategy, Organizations, Leadership, and Ethics at the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
