The ‘Andy the Alien’ series teaches children about the world and its environment, what global warming and greenhouse gases are, and how they affect how we live. It looks at the 3 R’s of recycling; ‘Reduce', 'Reuse' and 'Recycle' all through the fictional adventures of Andy and his voyages to Earth. There's lots of little life lessons incorporated throughout the books to help children develop their confidence and ability to communicate as well. In this book, 'Waste Warriors' Andie teaches Rino about reducing the amount of waste he throws out, and the importance of recycling and how it effects the world in which he lives.
