Description

This book works great for tutoring students that need a little extra help with grammar fluency. This is a book with functional grammar--it does not cover specific parts of speech or any of the depths of linguistics but covers things such as subject-verb agreement, pronoun-verb agreement, etc. I have used this workbook to tutor some of my college peers that are English Language Learners and it seems to have worked pretty well. I would recommend this as a resource to use along side other resources and curriculum when tutoring. The book will also work well for independent study.
