Les aspects courants de l’hypertensiologie sont successivement traités: dépistage, évaluation du risque cardiovasculaire, automesure, adaptation de la thérapeutique, règles hygiéno-diététiques, complications. Sa spécificité, c’est que l’auteur a également intégré dans chaque chapitre les recommandations les plus récentes, ainsi que des concepts novateurs issus de sa propre expérience comme des questions exprimées par ses confrères au cours des conférences qu’il a organisées.
