Description

Even though it was a well-written and nicely formatted book, I was disappointed with the content because I was expecting it to reveal helpful tips from an experienced user that were not included in the product's website or user manual. I was also counting on seeing a lot of examples of how SmartDraw's many features are used in various industries to communicate, troubleshoot, prepare and present.
