Description

This volume is a significant collection of period documents from the winter and spring of 1935-1936 that provide much needed context for the Spanish Civil War. Professor de la Cierva had complete access to state archives, period press, communist and socialist party archives etc. What de la Cierva was missing was access to the Comintern archives. The Comintern documents confirm the deep infiltration of every major area of Spanish society by Soviet Communism by early 1936.
