I'm going through a second reading of this book and I think it deserves to become a reference for the following reasons. Firstly it is putting back the term innovation in its true place. Innovation has become a buzzword and is too often misused. David Croslin reminds us what can be qualified as an innovation in the world of business and companies and that innovation isn't spontaneously generated. Secondly, the approach is consistent and supported by the regular use of accurate words and expressions throughout the book. It provides the reader with a reference table allowing to better understand the connections between issues, through different angles. At the end, reader has a persistent and synthetic diagram in mind, which is quite rare. Lastly, although some people might find the reading a bit repetitive, it has the strong advantage not to get lost in literary and metaphors. This enhances the understanding and allows the reader to openly integrate the notions in his/her own world. Which I found respectful and motivating. You will enjoy reading and completing Bob's interrogations.
