Description

40стрThe causes of non-uniformity of measurements by instrumentation manufactured in compliance with Standard С37.118-2005have been found. The Report provides results that allow to expand requirements of the standard to cover dynamic measurements. Basic limitations of synchrophasor analysis of power transmission systems have been demonstrated.
