Description

Weber "proved in detail that his force law followed the principle of the conservation of energy" (Assis '94). Duhem 2015 p. 141: "This appendix [' *Ueber die Zusammenhang der elektrostatischen und der elektrodynamischen* *Erscheinungen nebst Anwendung auf die elektrodynamischen Maassbestimmungen* '] contained the famous law of Weber." It is p. 142 ff. of Weber's *Werke* vol. 3 or p. 93 ( **§21 or PDF p. 94** ) ff. of this translation.
