English summary: Autonomy and normativity are key present day concepts. Nevertheless, their significance for legitimating modern communities has remained controversial. Justification draws either on the individualistic model of the Enlightenment that has prevailed since Locke and Kant or on prioritizing the community in the sense of political romance. Hegel regards both of these perspectives as incomplete. Although he does insist that personality is the result of community building procedures and is therefore in normative terms close to individualism, but without going down the path of 'romantic communitarianism'. This volume aims not only to contrast his view with prevailing interpretations of Hegel, but also to confront it with today's dominant legal philosophical standpoint. German description: Autonomie und Normativitat sind Schlusselbegriffe der Gegenwart. Gleichwohl ist deren Bedeutung fur die Legitimation moderner Gemeinwesen immer kontrovers geblieben. Fur die Begrundung wird entweder auf das individualistische Modell der Aufklarungsphilosophie seit Locke und Kant oder auf den Vorrang der Gemeinschaft im Sinne einer politischen Romantik abgestellt. Hegel halt beide Positionen fur defizitar. Er insistiert zwar darauf, dass Personalitat Resultat eines Vergemeinschaftungsprozesses ist und steht deshalb in normativer Hinsicht dem Individualismus nahe, ohne aber den Weg eines "romantischen Kommunitarismus" zu gehen. Der vorliegende Band will diese Sichtweise Hegels nicht nur herkommlichen Hegeldeutungen gegenuber stellen, sondern auch mit heute dominierenden rechtsphilosophischen Positionen konfrontieren.
