The book has several interesting chapters, each one covering one paper of different authors, covering several aspects of Organizational Data Mining. One for example is about Data Warehousing in 3M, other is about The Impediments to Exploratory Data Mining Success, other about A framework for Organizational Data Analysis and Organizational Data Mining; there are 19 more papers. The authors have written several papers related to Organizational Data Mining in journals like Journal of Computer Information Systems and Industrial Management & Data Systems, in 2003 y 2004, and besides that the are only few papers on Organizational Data Mining. The Concept of Organizational Data Mining is interesting, but I think it has not crystallized yet, or perhaps is not going to crystallize never.
