She recently worked as a 'Mental Health Professional', a generic post, in liaison psychiatry, and currently is employed full-time as a Best Interests Assessor.Rob Kirkwood D.OccT, MSc, PgDipOT, BA(Hons)Worked in the NHS since qualifying as an Occupational Therapist in 2002. Rob worked initially in adult mental health before moving to Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) where he has worked as both a clinical specialist occupational therapist and a Primary Mental Health Worker (PMHW) for the past eight years. During this time, Rob has also completed a professional doctorate in occupational therapy at the University of Brighton; utilising participatory action research methods to develop cooperative inquiries with young people with hearing impairment.
