The textbook was developed in accordance with the educational program of specialties:"5В072100 – Chemical technology of organic substances", completely covers thepractical material of the theoretical aspect of organic synthesis in courses "Organic chemistryof aliphatic compounds" and "Organic chemistry of cyclic compounds". This textbookconsists: basic safety rules and organization of work in the laboratory, necessary chemicalutensils; methods of purification and separation of organic substances; determinationof physical constants of organic compounds; physical methods of identification of organicsubstances, driers and solvents in organic chemistry. Syntheses of organic substances ofthe aliphatic series and the cyclic series with the theoretical context and the type ofreactions is considered in detail.
