This volume covers the Families Coprinaceae and Bolbitiaceae and the genera Coprinus, Bolbitius, conocybe, Pholiotina, and Agrocybe. Since the publication of Volume 1, new understanding of the relationships between orders, families, and genera has emerged. These new findings are discussed and incorporated in this volume.
