Yikes...when I say I am a dummy, I mean I am a DUMMY! This book presumes that you have a lot of knowledge about Blackberry. On page 25, they are already telling you what the shortcuts are. How about telling me first how to text, look at my voicemail etc.?!? My old phone was so easy. please pretend I am a NEOPHYTE.
