Description

The textbook corresponds to the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education in the direction of 23.03.01 "Technology of transport processes" and specialty 23.05.04 "Operation of railways". Technological aspects of freight forwarding and operator activity are considered. The regulatory and legal framework of freight forwarding services is described. Much attention is paid to the construction and organization of systems for forwarding and operator services. It is intended for full-time and part-time training in educational organizations and institutions that implement educational programs in the direction of training 23.03.01 "Technology of transport processes" profiles "Organization of transportation and management in railway transport" and "Transport logistics" in the discipline "Technology of operation of operator and forwarding companies".
