Book information
Description
This book tells the controversy between digital natives and digital immigrants. Digital Natives are people who were born and are familiar with technology and are challenged to develop it. Meanwhile, digital immigrants are people whose lives are faced with rapid technological developments. These two things are like two poles that cannot possibly unite. But this is life, nothing is impossible to meet, like it or not, things have to be met in the world of teaching. Meanwhile, many teachers currently experience anxiety in teaching. This arises because many teachers do not want to be called status quo teachers due to technological developments. They will try their best to become ideal teachers or teachers in the 21st century. So the embodiment of Law on Teachers and Lecturers no. 14 of 2005 and the application of Blended Learning in teaching is something that ideal teachers must do. In this regard, this book discusses how to become an ideal teacher in implementing Blended Learning and an ideal teacher according to the demands of the Teacher and Lecturer Law. The tutorial for implementing Blended Learning will be reviewed clearly so that teachers will be challenged to try and apply it in teaching. So, it's never too late to become a teacher in the 21st century.
