Description

There is an index to find out just a bit more about the persons quoted, but not adding the era directly next to the name was a missed opportunity as it would have given the quotes a better historical anchor and therefore more gravitas.

I found this in a book shop and flicked through it enjoying the quotes, taking what I wanted from them in terms of whether they reflected my own beliefs and musing; just like a real bible then.

Sadly, the most popular review here of this book dams it's lack of sources, inviting me to assume others do better, yet doesn't say which book might better qualify in that respect leaving me unable to know if any of the other books are similarly flawed.
